An independent assessment by the Department of Toxicology and Health Risk Assessment
confirms that LUKS grave lights and candle inserts are safe for human health when used in
accordance with their intended purpose.
The approval covers grave lights in every material version: glass, ceramic, filled plastic and
insert-based, as well as candle inserts.
The approval was issued by the Department of Toxicology and Health Risk Assessment of the
National Institute of Public Health NIH – National Research Institute. The product was entered
into the Institute's database under number F.FT.60114.068.2024.
The assessment applies to use consistent with the intended purpose and the instructions given
on the label. Labelling follows the EN 17617:2022 standard.

A certified quality management system covering the production and sale of grave lights and
candle inserts requires:
● documented procedures,
● supervision of raw-material suppliers,
● inspection at successive process stages,
● systematic complaint handling.
ISO 9001 assesses how a company makes a product: whether processes are documented,
responsibilities assigned, quality measured and deviations corrected. The system covers the full
chain, from raw material intake to order handling.
The certificate was issued by the certification body ISO System sp. z o.o

An international standard for assessing manufacturers of consumer goods examines the
physical site and the actual course of production.
It rigorously verifies:
● conditions on the shop floor,
● supervision of raw materials and finished goods,
● batch traceability,
● risk management and procedures for responding to quality incidents.
The assessment was carried out by ISO System sp. z o.o. against the requirements of the
Global Standard for Consumer Products, Issue 4 (November 2016), for the production and
sale of grave lights and candle inserts.
